What could be more special than spending Mother’s Day with your mom? When she’s fighting cancer… Possibly nothing could be more memorable than celebrating another year with her.
Breast cancer is a disease that affects 1.3 million men and women annually. The good news is with early detection, we can fight it. And with foundations like Susan G. Komen, lives are being saved and we’re getting closer to finding a cure.
At this year’s Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure, we had the honor of sponsoring the event. Thousands were in attendance to walk, run, raise awareness and honor breast cancer survivors. Kare11's Rena Sarigianopoulos and Jana Shortal were also there to host the event.
Once again, Race for the Cure was held in Edina, MN at the Southdale Center.
Thank you to the gorgeous MN Vikings cheerleaders for stopping by!
Our team members along with their families were all there to support the cause.
Thank you to Susan G. Komen for including us in this event. And to all the breast cancer survivors... Here's to many more years and Happy Mother's Day to you!
